“Our Sensational Guarantee.” 

  1. Warranty Coverage 

Wall Sensations, LLC ("the Company") provides a limited warranty on our murals, covering issues such as fading or detachment from the wall given that the mural was installed by the Company. This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation ("Warranty Period"). 

If a mural is exposed to direct sunlight continuously (24/7),verified by our installers at the time of measure- the warranty period is reduced to three (3) years, covering ONLY fading. Clients will be informed whether their mural is eligible for a five-year or three-year warranty based on their mural placement. The Company reserves the right to determine if the mural has faded to a degree that warrants reprinting at our expense. Murals exposed to direct sunlight will be covered for fading for a minimum of three (3) years. For murals installed in locations with partial shade, our five (5) year warranty applies. The Company will assess each mural to determine the appropriate warranty period and notify the customer. 

  1. Warranty Coverage Details 

If it is determined that a reprint of the mural is warranted, the client is entitled to one (1) additional mural reprint within the five (5) year Warranty Period. The date of the reprint will be retroactive to the original installation date. A maximum of one (1) reprint is permitted within the Warranty Period. 

In cases where the Company approves a full reprint due to a defect, the client will be responsible for the costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of the mural. 

  1. Installation Responsibility 

If the Company elects to fully reprint the mural, the client is responsible for the costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of the mural. The costs will be determined by the Company, based on the specifics of each project. These costs will not exceed $2.00 per square foot.

  1. Exclusions 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Damages resulting from acts of God, misuse, improper installation, improper care, accidents, alterations, natural disasters, or walls that have been painted, which may lead to color bleeding and discoloration of the mural due to excess moisture or over-watering. 
  • Normal wear and tear or damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions, as determined by the Company. 
  1. Claim Process 

Clients must inspect the mural upon receipt or installation and notify the Company immediately of any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Claims should be submitted promptly for evaluation. For new claims, please contact Alan Gellman at alan@wallsensations.com. Use the subject line “Warranty Claim” and include photos of the mural in question. 

  1. Limitation of Liability 

The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the mural as described above. The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages. We disclaim any liability for damages that may occur to the underlying structure or wall to which the mural is affixed. 

  1. Other Terms 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the mural from the Company, valid for either five (5) or three (3) years from the original installation date.
