At Wall Sensations, we stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Please review the details of our mural warranty coverage below:
Warranty Eligibility
Our warranty applies exclusively to murals that are both printed and installed by Wall Sensations. Murals not installed by our team are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty Duration
Warranty coverage begins on the date of installation and is based on the mural’s exposure to sunlight:
- 3-Year Warranty – Applies to murals installed in areas with direct sunlight exposure 24/7.
- 5-Year Warranty – Applies to murals installed in areas with partial shade during some part of the day.
- 7 -Year Warranty – Applies to all murals positioned outside but with full coverage and no sunlight exposure.
Coverage Details
During the applicable warranty period, Wall Sensations will address issues related to material or installation defects.
Out-of-Warranty Options
If your mural is outside of the warranty period, we offer the following options:
- Reprint (Same Image & Dimensions): Reproduction of your existing mural design at a discounted rate.
- Refresh (New Image): Replacement with a completely new mural design at a discounted rate.
If your mural has faded for some reason, Wall Sensations will reprint the mural at no cost. However, the removal and reinstallation of the new mural is at 1.50 psf.
If additional materials are needed (like blackout material) it will be provided at cost to the customer.
Note: If a mural has failed during the initial warranty period granted (either 3 or 5 years or more) the reprint is retroactive to the date the original mural was installed.
Definitions
- Reprint: Producing the same image in the same size as your original mural
- Refresh: Printing and installing a new image to replace your existing mural
